Hanoi, 3rd October, 2017. Monitor Consulting has completed two study reports on behalf of UN-ESCAP: Infrastructure Financing Strategies for Sustainable Development in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Followed by regional and national workshops in the Philippines and Vietnam respectively. Monitor Consulting has presented the key findings for policy dialogue on the National Workshop in Vietnam.
